General Contractor of Shopping Mall “Torgoviy Kvartal” which is located in Domodedovo city at the intersection of Kashirskoye highway and Gagarin street.

The Shopping Mall “Torgoviy Kvartal” is a unique format of shopping center for Domodedovo city with an entertaining component - multiplex. Besides, the shopping mall includes a grocery supermarket, household appliances supermarket, consumer goods stores, fast food restaurants and cafes.

The shopping mall is provided with two parking lots located along two sides of Kashirskoye highway. Connection with the parking lot located on the opposite side of Kashirskoye highway is provided through translucent pedestrian overpass to the shopping gallery at the 2nd floor.

"Torgoviy Kvartal" and "COSTA Consrtuction" received their “GOLD BRICK” awards from CRE Awards in 2012 due to the successfully completion of this project.
